Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before the only person in a 5 car drivethru got to my transaction just to tell me I had to cash my check inside because it was drawn on Capital One and I didn't have an account! Then to be charged $7 to cash it. Had I known that and not been waiting so long I would have taken it to my bank. By the time the got to me the bank closed!!!! Sorry service! I wouldnt even consider being their banking customer!
