The car was extremely nice once we finally got one. After being told there's no rentals at one location and switching to another, just to be told they don't have any rentals then having to switch back to the Summerhill location. This was a whole 2 day process just to rent a car. Once we got there the staff were unprofessional and taking care of walk ins before those with reserved rentals. It was all a bit of a mess, but once we finally got the car it was all okay. The car was clean and very nice for the cost. If it weren't for the nice car and low cost, I wouldn't go here or recommend them to others.
I've never had an issue with Enterprise until trying to rent a vehicle here in Texarkana. When I arrived at my reservation time I was told by a young lady that I needed a credit card instead of debit because I was from out of state. I have a credit card and might I add a very good bank that allowed me to take money from my checking account to transfer to my credit card. I asked the young lady how much money I needed I put that amount plus a little extra only to get humiliated by the store manager. He asked me personal questions that I didn't hear anyone else get asked. My card declined because upon the manager scanning the card he added an 200 dollar deposit in which I wasn't aware I needed to rent a vehicle. He yelled my card had been declined in front of like 10 people. I remained professional and composed asked a few extra questions and walked out. I will be contacting corporate as to this management and staff should be repremended and trained on how to deal with customers correctly. I ended up going to the Air port and renting for the Avis/Budget group. I will never return to this location.
Very professionally operated location. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Prices and service should make hertz hide their head in shame !
Made reservations online . Reservations confirmed in emails. When I went to pick up the car they imformed me they didn't have a car.
The car was brand new and I enjoyed it so much. I did not want to give it back. The young man that rented the car to me was so very nice and the rental only took a few minutes. Thank you so much for the great service. I will rent from you again.
