For goodness sake, PLEASE clean up this store! This has previously been a nice place to shop, but now it is a PIT. We will come back if you just straighten up a little!

After finding a couple things that I wanted to buy and heading towards the checkout lane there were only TWO cashier's, and at least ten customers in each lane waiting to check out. Dropped my items and walked out. This was my biggest problem with Ross stores in Las Vegas and it's the reason Ross is my most dreaded store to shop at!
The Ross in Texarkana was very dirty and not appropriately stocked. The only reason I gave a 3 star review is because one employee was very nice and helpful. Her name is Danni. Hire more like her and that store will thrive. The store cleaner was dressed in soiled clothes while sweeping the floors and almost ran us over with the push broom. The other workers stood around the store chatting with each other and appeared to be annoyed to be there.
