I would highly advise anyone to not book an appointment with this doctor, or even with Christus ST. Michael organization. They do not care about a patients welfare.
I went with my elderly relative to this doctor for a followup on a fracture she had. My relative signed a paper stating that I could ask questions on her behalf. We waited in the waiting room for 1-1/2 hours before they came to get her for X-rays. The X-ray tech was wonderful. After the X-ray we waited another 30 minutes before we went in to see this doctor. The doctor came in - did not introduce himself, did not have a name badge on - nothing. He was in the room less than 5 minutes and barely listened to the responses to the questions my relative had. I told him I wanted to ask some questions - he listened to one then left the room and never came back. When we went to check out - the receptionist could not find her name in the computer. She was told she had an appointment with a different doctor and because Dr. Gregory did not introduce himself we thought we were seeing someone else. Poor customer service all the way around.
When I went to this doctor for a followup with a broken toe I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes before being shown to an exam room. Another 25 minutes passed before they came to take me back to x-ray. When I got there, with my boot and sock off, I was positioned on the x-ray table awaiting the x-ray tech. Five more minutes passed before the x-ray tech asked the girl whom had shown me back who I was. The first girl told her to which the x-ray tech told her to get me out of there I wasn't scheduled. The assistant told her I was scheduled and pointed out that my chart was on top of the pile. The x-ray tech then loudly told the assistant she didn't care and to get me out that she had someone else she'd rather do first. I was as embarrassed as the assistant and told to sit out in the hallway, much like a 6th grader who was being punished. After 15 minutes I decided to go back to my exam room. The assistant told me she'd be back to get me soon. After another 30 minutes with absolutely no contact with the doctor or his nurse I decided to leave. No one said one word to me as I was walking to the checkout station. I paid my $30 co-pay even though The doctor ever saw me, nor anyone checked my vitals.
