The doctor entered the room with crossed arms and tells me, he sees nothing wrong, hands me a brace to put on, and suggests I take some acetaminophen. His words, "if it turns blue or something like that, go the the ER"
Fast service. The staff are very friendly & professional! The Nurse Practitioner was awesome! I highly recommend Healthcare Express!!
Most of the staff were great at first visit and one follow up visit. However I was over billed several hundred dollars. They are currently working on reimbursing me. My prescription ran out so I asked for refills. They wanted me to come in for another visit. Still haven't been reimbursed for last visit overbilling so I said no thank you. I asked for enough medication to get through the next few weeks and time to get my reimbursement then I would come in. They refused. If you can't afford another visit no prescription refill. I'm self pay btw so I pay cash. I believe this company cares more about money than people.
I had jammed my pinky bone into my wrist. I removed it myself and my wife suggested I see the doctor.
My normal doc wasn't open so I stopped by here.. I wasn't asking for anything more than friendly service and an xray to see if my hand was still dislocated, broken, or just severely jammed. Once it's all said and done I sit back to the exam room.
Went for a follow up after going to the Richmond Rd branch. The Wake Village branch is a lot better. Minor work related injury, just trying to make sure it heals properly. They actually listened, and came up with a plan to help me heal faster without treating me like a drug seeker unlike the Richmond Rd branch.
Idk what I expected him to do.. But he told me NOTHING that I didn't already know and looked down his nose at me. I didn't beg for drugs, I just want to know if I should be concerned.
The HealthCare Express in Wake Village,TX is the BEST health clinic here in town. The doctors and nurses there are VERY professional and VERY courteous. They show GREAT concern for you as a patient and they provide you with the BEST healthcare treatment. Doc was a dick, I feel like he pegged me as a "druggie" on the account of my military tattoos..
the rest of his staff was awesome. But, I won't be returning, nor will my friends or family.
