The Staff are wonderful and my needs are always met. They take very good care of me.
The doctor there NEVER helped me. He was rude and missed that I had a bad reaction to one pain med! Thank God another doctor realized and actually helped me. They’re rude, dismissive, distracted and incompetent.
I have been going to this clinic for a couple of years now. I actually have not had any really big problems until now. I like the nurses and nurse practitioners that I have dealt with very much. They have been able to help me a good deal. While I was still having some issues with my pain it was livable. When I was informed my doctor had left and I had a new one, I was actually hopeful that he might be able to help me further. I was very wrong. The new doctor was extremely arrogant, condescending, and dismissive. He didn't listen to me at all. He came in and informed me of the changes that he was going to make. I told him I had already tried these before, with poor results. He not only didn't listen he gave me a higher dose. Now I'm back to where I was two years ago . Way more pain and now I'm having terrible side effects. I'm looking for a new doctor! Be very cautious if you are looking for a new pain doctor. If your dealing with pain you are already miserable to some degree, the wrong doctor can make life almost unlivable. . .
Wouldn't even give them a star. I've been doing to pain mang for awhile I loved Toni then two months ago I got switched to another dr only saw her twice and started having problems who is now discrimination against me because of who I'm married too. And they lied and said I reused to pee and my husband was with me. I have kidney problems I was gladly to set there all day so no I wouldn't go to them at all sad how they bring outside business inside but lawyer has been called
No, I wouldn't give them one star unless it's for them, being good at taking your money, they had friendly nurses that collect ur pee pee, put you in a room for a prn, but no u never see the dr, they write ur med, but no talking about your problem with dr.khan! I was a patient over a year, never saw him! I can understand now, but they knew I can't drive, my house had burned to the ground, total loss, but they called me in to bring my meds. I had no idea I was going to be breaking the contract, I thought I was doing that by taking drug test every month. But I got a registered letter they could no longer write my meds. They just about the money! I was a cash patient, but they want me to get on an insurance that pay for the back injections, killing nerves ,putting u to sleep but Ibe done all that over 20 years of struggling with 4 soine/neck surgeries! They don't help! They help them make more money! That's all! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! !!
