Ok. I want to give this gamestop a fair rating but man I'm going to be honest. I literally walked in the store and was looking around first to see anything new. Normally I would see Jacob in there but. This employee just gave me a negative vibe. I really would like to put his name down but man. I asked nicely about a specific game trade in. And he just put a stop to just gave me a simple answer. No they have to have the disc in the store to check it out... I literally told him I just got the game and I hardly play it. Meaning that its in its case and has not been touched much.... What bothered me the most was that I wanted to make some business. And spend MONEY. He didn't want to deal with me at all... And this is poor customer service. I need the managers concern about this. Please
