Ordered flowers today for my grandmothers birthday and I also asked for them to be delivered today. The lady said it wouldn't be a problem, and I asked before I got off the phone to get a estimate of the total price. She couldn't give me one, because she hadn't put the order in...so I wanted until late that afternoon. She said she would call me back and let me know but didn't. I spoke to her several times (asking about the estimate) and she said she would call me before she ran my card. She didn't call back, and they ran my card and I didn't know the estimate...

I just tried to get flowers delivered for Mothers Day. The woman who answered 1) hacked right into my ear and 2) when asked about delivery to my mother's house she started with "I don't like doing this and I don't like doing that...." Too much other business entities who want to work.
