The staff was very friendly and worked with my family in our time of need. We couldnt have had a better experience considering the circumstances.
My family's recent experience with Texarkana Funeral Home was far from satisfactory. They did not go beyond the basics when offering services, made assumptions based on "that's the way most people do it" verses asking what we wanted and their overall performance was lackluster. The Director himself has been less than helpful at correcting errors and omissions created on their part.
