Wonderful salon. I am from Houston and would recommend it to anyone.
I called because I am new in town. Said I had a few questions and the lady responded, "No I don't have time. Here." and passed me to someone else. It was rude and surprising and confusing. What was even more surprising was that the person she passed me to was the owner and they were totally okay with that kind of customer care. Decided that I didn't need the prices after all and looked for somewhere else to go!
The nail tech was very friendly and personal! She takes her time and make sure she does it right!
Terrific experience. Kim is a talented nail artist & just a friendly nice lady. This is MY new nail salon!
