Excel ER exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was kind, knowledgeable and eased our fears and my daughter's fear. They took excellent care of her injury and sent us the sweetest card checking on her. There was no wait time and I can't say enough positive things about the care we received from our nurse Melanie and Dr. Edwards. We are so thankful for them.
The staff were awesome and they took care of my needs immediately. I was in and out in less than an hour. I don’t see anything more EXCEL ER can do to improve their services. I will recommend your services to others.

I would definitely recommend Excel ER to anybody that asks!! I have never been to a better doctors office or emergency room. They are all the nicest group of nurses and doctors that i have ever seen in one place. They got me in within 5 minutes of me being there and the doctor was in the room before the nurse even finished my vital signs. The did everything possible to make me comfortable and even my kids comfortable. The were fast but efficient in finding and treating what was wrong and even called to make sure i was feeling better the next day. Thank you Excel!! God bless!
The staff is very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the wait time and the care given by all staff. I have taken my baby as well as myself and felt that we were well taken care of.
