The staff and service are absolutely amazing. I was blown away with how helpful, considerate, and quick to respond they were. Working with Paul and Patti has been a pleasure. I was looking for renters, car, and health insurance and they were able to answer my many questions with patience, knowledge, and helpfulness. They are quick to respond on the phone and email as well as available for in-person meetings whenever I needed. I could not say enough about the staff and their service. This is truly a great business and as a plus, their rates are very reasonable.
We had insurance with State Farm from 1990 to 2011. During the ice storm years ago, we lost 1/2 a side of grain fed beef costing around $600.00. We had lots of yard damage, limbs on roof, storage shed, etc. We did all the clearing ourselves, claiming nothing for damages. All we wanted was reimbursed for loss of freezer goods. Told they could do nothing for that but a week later a number of friends and families reported they were reimbursed in entirety for freezer loss through State Farm, as a result of a Fema grant. We were never notified. We had numerous significant loss over 20 years but there was always a reason NOT to pay out. Assumed my rent house was vacant when it was not, used as a reason to cancel insurance and never gave a phone call, but reported it to Midland Mortgage potentially costing us thousands. If anyone cancels insurance after 20 years with a company, you know it was horrible. Good luck when you actually need them to pay out or refuse to increase your coverage. We now have cut our insurance cost in half for the same coverage.
The service is outstanding. I know I will always get the help that I need. And the location of the office is conveniently located.
THE STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT!!! Carla and Paul have taken care of my family for years not only do they handle all my insurance needs, but have became more like family we had a fire late one night, within in minutes Paul was calling to check on my family and if he needed to do anything, throught out the whole process this staff stood beside us. I recommend Paul and Carla to everyone, anytime I need anything Big or Small I always know it is taken care of.
