I was refereed to U&I agency by a salesman that was working a deal with me. He said he left Progressive because the insurance broker (Danny) was so good at his job. So I went ahead and got with him. He helped me out quite well on the first day and I paid him for his help which was $60 as well as the insurance for the first month. He also told me numerous times that I would receive a discount because I had insurance with another company for a year, as long as I provided proof (which I did). He said my first payment would be $100 and then it would be $233 regularly after the first initial month. Well, I ended up switching to another vehicle at another dealership. I was told I had to switch the vin number to my new vehicle within 72hours of purchasing.. Well, that didn't happen because I literally could not get anyone at U&I Agency to answer the phone or return my calls, emails or text messages. I tried going through Windhaven, but they too told me I needed to get with U&I.

I almost screamed at him seriously.. WHY would I think that, WHO told me that????! I say "Danny, we JUST had this conversation yesterday, YOU told me the day I signed up with you, you told me when I switched vehicles, and you told me again yesterday". He was so confused and has no memory of any of this, DESPITE the fact that we talked about it 24hours prior to that. I finally say i've had enough and hang up the phone.

After 4 days of calling every hour on the hour, a nice young lady FINALLY called me and added the vin number and sent me my insurance info. She deeply apologized for Danny's behavior and said she would be helping me for now on so I didn't have to deal with Danny (who is like the head of the company).

Well, first payment comes around and it was like $247??? Thats $147 than what I was quoted for the first month. I called him and he answered to my amazement since he loves to ignore customers. He said to resend my previous insurance info. So once again I do that. I call him the next day and ask if he received it. He is soooooo confused on the phone, has no idea who I am or what I'm talking about. I try to refresh his memory and then he pulls up my account info. I ask him when I would get my money back, and he's confused again. I let him know that my first payment was supposed to be $100 and I was overcharged. To my utter disbelief, the next words out of his mouth are "Your 20 years old, why would you think your insurance payment is only $100, who told you that?"

WORST INSURANCE AGENCY EVER!!!! Sorry to write that in all caps, but its imperative that people know what they're getting into.. I've had this insurance company for approximately 41 days and things became a nightmare starting on day 2.

I was actually really happy at first that he was my insurance guy, but I realize now that the only reason he was "on his game" the day I was at the dealership, is because he was getting paid ($60) to do it. Since then, he has made me feel like I mean nothing. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. If you want to work with someone who knows what they're doing and is professional, look elsewhere.

I figured by now he wasn't trustworthy, so I give him until Monday. I call and text on monday and he says he's in a meeting and will call me later. Never happened. Have left several messages, and text messages. Still nothing...

He calls me back to apologize and say he has no idea why I thought that and who told me that (even though it was him who did it) and says he will make it right and to give him 2 days. I say okay..

Danny finally called me and said he would take care of it that night, and send me the new insurance policy the next day. Never happened.
