I have been to the New Boston location twice and both times it was filthy. On the first occasion the police came but didn't bother to remove the vagrants because the owners refuse to press loitering charges. I guess they prefer grifters rather than money. I will not patronize them again.
Great place to do laundry without breaking the bank... Open 24 hours, but I don't recommend it after 9 P.M.
Came over to this laundromat because the truck stop didn't have working laundry facilities yet. EXTREMELY disappointed. Used the heavy load washers and found that the water only runs through the pre-wash compartment not the other two (main wash and fabric softener). Also the changers give $2 in quarters and $8 in tokens. The washers are all $2.25 + and the dryers take 1.50 to start. So if you use tokens only, then you give the laundromat extra money when you do laundry. Won't be coming back here EVER! I don't handle thievery well.
I couldn't find an attendant to tell about the machine eating my money and I ended up having to wash and dry everything twice. Not cool. Oh, and the machine gives a little bit of quarters and a lot of tokens.
Night attendant was great. Clean laundromat. No homeless people like the other reviews said and not many people.
The homeless population uses this area as a safe place. Sleeping on the floor in the bathrooms, and coming in to sit around to use the free wifi.
