Can't answer the phone during normal business hours and waits 3 days after addressing a letter to send it claiming "if you don't reply within 5 days you will not have the ability to contest." Poor morals. Can't even provide paperwork, I guess paper just costs too much. How about an email? Nope. Mind blown. Finally get ahold of someone from his office and guess what? "He won't be available for 5 days." Let me take your number and I'll let him know you called.
