Worst move to date. I used Bills on 3 occasions. Each time Jamie underestimated the amount of time and/or trucks needed to complete the task. The actual movers worked very hard; however Jamie once again did not allow for enough space or time to complete the move. I took him to our storage unit and showed him each detail of the amount of items that were to be included in the move. He gave us a bid(which was high) and I accepted. As usual, Jamie wasn't in the office when the move was in transit. The move was over 3 hours from Texarkana. The movers loaded up the trucks and didn't even touch our storage unit. We paid thousands of dollars and got other competing bids for the entire move. Bills was over $1,000 more and we used them anyway because they were local. I am now stuck with a full storage unit in Texarkana and I'm 3 hours away. I called Jamie and he wanted to charge me for the completion of the move that was already paid for! Very deceptive and crooked. I politely told him that wasn't acceptable and declined. This was a deceptive trade practice and BUYERS BE WARE of Bill Movers. They will cheat you! You can bet the BBB will hear about this.
