So the first time I tired to rent with these guys they didn't answer the phone when I showed up so I ended up canceling and going to uhaul same day because I didn't have time for that. Then we get a truck and trailer for my mom going accost the county. The trailer was completely broken. We had to have the budget people come to take the trailer off the truck so we could load the truck then back to put it back on. The reason I gave 3 stars is be the budget people that came out were awesome they even helped me load the car and hook it up because they knew everything on this trailer was broken and rusted beyond useable. That was the only trailer in town so we had no choice if I wanted to make my flight outs Michigan. So we ended up stopping every hour wasting gas and had to use duck tap to stop the straps from moving off the tire. The company we called several times for road side assistance that was pointless the lady told us to use duck tap. What a hazard if this car would have fell off the truck doing 65 mph someone could have died for sure. I'm very disappointed in the company of budget. The guy at this location was ok he didn't do anything wrong but the companies equipment is old and not taken care of. They told us they filled the tank on the paper work well I always take pictures of everything on these trucks before leaving with them so I don't have claims in the future. I look back on my photos and noticed they didn't fill this tank but when I return it I have to or I'll be charged up the u no what. This companies customer service is piss poor at best and they only gave us a credit after all of these issue of $400 we paid $1650. Really???? They can shove $400 that done even cover the gas I wasted getting on and off the free way because let's face it these trucks are not made to move fast. I'll post pictures below.
Renting a Budget truck from this location is fast, easy, and affordable, not to mention pleasant! The staff at this location have good positive attitudes, and are more than willing to go beyond to make the experience one of a kind. I would recommend to all of my family and friends!!
