UPS sucks there customer service is very sorry they lied about my package that I was supposed to have gotten in 24hrs and I didn't get it so I lost $25 to get it in 24hrs.Please don't use this service or u want get your package in time use Fed X you're better off!!!
2 packages within a week messed up and when one was delivered to a wrong address they took no responsibility and told me to call amazon. When a driver messes up 2 for the same address in less than a week, I'd assume he is probably new and maybe more training would help from this happening, but no they didn't even want to hear the issue, they were done.
Package status said they've made a delivery at 6:03 pm, at which time I was at my apartment waiting for that package, but didn't hear anybody knocking my door at all.
My package was delivered to wrong address. Four boxes of checks lost. Why not get a signature for things as this?
Customer services SUCKS, we have a package at there facility that we could pick up but because they haven't scanned it lazy lazy lazy is all i can say
