Do NOT rent from these guys. I rented a duplex from these guys for the year I was stationed in Texarkana. It started out great, but as soon as the agent I had worked with left, I was left to deal with the owner Mr. Raffaelli. He is very rude, does not return phone calls, and does not follow up with what he promises. 2 months before I moved out he started calling at random times and saying he was a few minutes away with a tenant that he wanted to show the place to, and even if I said I didn't want him to because I had personal papers out on my table or something he just let himself in and walked people through. He didn't even make them put out their cigarettes because I'd come home to strong smoke smells, maybe it was him, but I don't know for sure.

When I left, I left the first week of the month, and even though he had been showing the apartment and moved someone in less than a week after I left, he charged me for the full month. He knew I was leaving early in the month and could have started showing the place after I was gone. I couldn't even finish loading my truck before the cleaner was there trying to rush me out.
I cleaned the carpets and scrubbed the place but when Mr. Raffaelli finally sent me my deposit over a month after I left it was almost $200 short. I called and asked why and he said that was what the cleaner said it had cost to clean. I asked what specifically but he wouldn't say. I had asked for a move out inspection but he wouldn't come out on a Saturday and said I would have to wait until Monday but because of work I couldn't wait.
Everyone needs to avoid the guys and find a decent company to rent from. We had about 90 people stationed there with me for that year in many different complexes and I was the only one with problems getting my deposit back even though I cleaned more than anyone else, and I was also the only one that had a landlord walking people through before I was gone.
There are plenty of good places in town but this isn't one of them.
