Did not get a chance to check out the restrooms and other amenities. Pads were level and it was quiet during the evening. Hook ups seemed above average and you can not get the price. There was a pond with a fountain that I believe was stocked.
We would return in the future.
We only stayed one night after getting in after dark. It was the perfect place for an on the way stay.
I have lived here a little over 2 months with my bf and my dog. Its great! Washing area, bathroom, and shower areas are always clean. Owner is super nice too!
Stopped for a night on our way to Roanoke It's was well worth the stop. Very clean park,level site,concrete pads,nice hot showers,and friendly staff. It's 10 minutes off I30 and close to several amenities.
Been staying here for 2 months now and it's been great. The showers and bathrooms look amazing and seem to be cleaned regularly. There is plenty of grassy areas and a beautiful pond with a fountain. As of October, the WiFi has been great as far as Windstream goes! Able to stream Netflix/Hulu when signal is strong as there is no cable in park. Quiet and animal friendly.
This would be a nice park if they would actually do some cleaning. The grounds are beautiful but the bath houses are dirty and full of cobwebs as is the family shelter close to the bathhouse. This should also invest in a dumpster and place in halfway between the park instead they're using some old plastic container and you have to walk all the way up to the bathhouse to throw your garbage in it.
