My name is Debbie Holman, my husband and I own Fun Pools & Spas in Texarkana, Texas. I've looked at a few reviews posted about our store which were posted a few years ago. Types of native reviews can damage a business when the reviews are not true. This is why I will never go to a competitors website and write a review both good or bad. My two negative reviews are from another pool store in our town, one from the pool store owner and there other from her ex-employee. This girl came in to snoop and lost her keys. We had everyone looking for keys. My store was full of customers which helped her look. It's so sad to see people / companies work in such a low level. We thank our customers, new and old for your continued patronage.
I have never been in a nastier store! It is very dirty and unkempt, and don't go in there if you already know what you are doing. They donot appreciate someone who already knows their game, I guess b/c I would not let them sell me the whole store that irritates them. Whatever ya do don't lay anything down, you just may not get it back! Wow what a terrible experience! These people should really be ashamed of themselves. One of these days we may just get good pool store in this town until then I would rather get walmart chemicals than ever to go back there!
