The only dealing I had with them was to help a family member pay for the tires. They didn't take payment over the phone, so I went to the office. Very friendly people, likable staff, and according to the family member they had the tires mounted in the time they said they would. Great place, sensible pricing.
Monday is payday for me, but I came home before going to the bank. Then when I pulled out of the driveway to go deposit my check, my tire was flat. Bummer! Almost 5 o'clock. Had to hurry. Jacked it up, took the wheel off, threw it in the back of my Wife's Yukon, and headed to DW&T. By 5:28 they were waiting for me to come open the hatch so they could put it back in the Yukon. I was still in the waiting room, waiting to pay for the job. "No charge!" said the Boss. "I know you always come back."
Fast, and very friendly. I called over a year ago looking for some tires and Discount was the only ones who had my size tires in stock. Big brownie points but I was a little dismayed by the fact they were 20 bucks higher on my tires than another tire shop in town. Charlie was knowledgeable and made me rest easy. When I came in with my daughter, it was nice to see a clean waiting area, almost like you would see in a dealership. The boys behind the counter even took the time to coo at my daughter. Awesome guys. Im going no where else for my tires.
I'd have to be crazy not to go back. You just might get your tires a few dollars cheaper somewhere else, but I'm confident you will NEVER find a better tire shop.
Been going to DW&T for years now. Not just another Tire Shop: a HAPPY PLACE. Dependable, honest, top shelf expertise. Best I ever saw. And they're awesome at more than just tires.
Took my car in for repair and was told they have to hook up to diagnostic machine for $50 which I said fine. They came back and said they needed to swap a part which I said ok. Then 3 hours later they came back and said they swapped the part and still the car still wasn't driving right and they recommend me to another mechanic. I asked for a print out of diagnostic and they said their machine doesn't have a printer. So I'm out $50 and I feel that because it wasn't a easy fix they didn't want to mess with it. I wouldn't recommend unless it so minor repair that they can make a easy dollar. Just my thought on this place.
