My surgeon was extremely nice!!! But those females that work there have the worst attitudes ever!!!!! I kept trying to appreciate them for such great work and they had their noses all turned up like they were pissed!!! And the prices are high as hell!!!
Never went just called and the receptionist named lacy had a fit when I asked how much for an extraction was....she was so rude I went somewhere else and chose to write this review
I'm not sure why there are other reviews stating that the staffing wasn't friendly because my experience was the complete opposite. The staff was extremely nice. Dr. Bunel was also very nice & helpful. He has a sense of humor, which is refreshing. Short wait time in the lobby, & great service all around.
I agree! My experience with Dr. Bunel's office and his whole staff have been more than WONDERFUL!! I had the worst experience with an Abscess tooth and was under the care of another dentist that let me fall through the cracks. The infection ended up spreading and it was getting pretty dangerous. Dr. Bunel and his whole entire staff took fantastic care of me during a horrible situation. They have been nothing but kind to me and my family.,....even when I was in so much pain and being very difficult to handle. (Due to the dentist I was using who let me get that bad-I was out of work for 2 weeks-in my eyes, Dr. Bunel and his staff saved my life!) I cannot thank him or his staff enough for the care and compassion they gave me. I will ONLY go to him now....THANK YOU DR. BUNEL AND ALL OF HIS STAFF!!!!
I have had nothing but problems with the business office, viz. Lacey (sic). The office kept both my check up front and my refund from the insurance company. They refuse to send me my refund, and keep putting me off. Their actions appear to constitute defrauding an insurance company. I will never ever do business with them again.
