Moved to area seeking new dentist.Got a appointment within a week. Today's appointment was at 11 am Waited in lobby until.1145. Had one.paper to.fill.out.history. Then from1145 to 1230. Had a panoramic x ray. Then the digital bite wing type of xray..The staff member did not appear to have proper knowledge.of.use.of the equipment. The part they put in your.mouth very.big and.pokes your mouth to.the.point.of becoming.painful. A little after 1 pm a lady entered from behind my head reclined me and started picking my teeth with.her instrument. I asked if we were starting the cleaning. She replied.no.She was the dentist .I.told her I didn't know because you never introduced.yourself. I.had some dental work.that I wanted option of inplant.or possible bridge. I went to my dentist to get a filling on a molar, a few days later my molar started hurting really bad. I went to another dentist and he told me that I had a major infection on the molar.something wrong which caused my molar to get an infection. I will never go back to to that horrid dentist.

The dentist was polite and professional, but almost too professional. I felt no sense of compassion from any of the staff, especially their financial official. All they care about is money. She actually had the nerve to use scare tactics by repeating that I would have a gap in my smile if I didn't pay for the procedure. Yes, I understood this before she said anything to me. To repeat it only made it seem like a forceful sales pitch. It cost me $60 for them to tell me they couldn't help me without copious amounts of money on hand. When I handed them my initial registration paperwork, the staff behind the front desk was more interested in talking to each other about getting their hair and nails done than getting my visit completed in an expedient manner. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone, and I'm certainly not going to return.
Called for cleaning appointment. Scheduled within two weeks. Good timing to meet my schedule. Subsequently scheduled flight e root canal and crown. This was also within week meeting my schedule. Staff are professional, nice, informative. Like the atmosphere and all the staff. Recommend to others.
My experience with this place is..the personnel are very aggressively greedy..my nice had me in her cell phone account..as a family member to make story short. She has a tooth that needs to come out..after she visited this professional business.. They told her.she needed to pay them 35 hundred dollars. Per a root canal..the tooth is rotten. But they ( my dentist) knows that extracting a tooh is very low charge.I wonder how many much they would have charged for one implant? Also..they sent me a phone text.. To let me know I had a appointment.. Really??. Last wesday.my niece had an appoiment for 2 PM.she is traveling for business.. So she can't call & cancel.I tried calling my dentist @some one Nam wada.picked the phone( land line )& she asked me for the patient first & last name.then..she went on to said that no one of than name had an appointment. Then today Friday..@my dentist called me niece's phone. Saying that becouse she dint canceled or even called.she has a Bill. Huge one too! Now.I wish they don't treat every one the same.& I am thinking the employees are the ones HIV ng this great reviews.. If any one else had have bad experience s with this company.please let me no?
