5 stars for a used appliance store. Bought a used washer/dryer and had concerns about a slight knock with the washer a week or two later and called my salesmen steve. no questions asked they came out, swoped it out that day with a better model and brand than what i had. 2months same as cash and free hook up and delivery. You cant beat it.
