Went into Ivan Smith and found just what we were looking for. The sales rep was very helpful. We discovered on the day of pick up that our order was wrong and all our items hadn't been ordered. But the sales clerk and the manager worked it out and were able to help us get the missing item immediately, which was a blessing. Thank you for the great customer service and great products.
We've shopped with Ivan Smith for years, and had the same salesperson, Gerard Billingly, for even longer! He is, by far, the best "customer service" guy we've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Brandon gave me great customer service upon entering the store. I wasn’t sure of what I wanted and he helped me with all my questions to pick out the best washer for my mom. I was getting ready to go to Ashley furniture to purchase my washer and I was so impressed with Brandon customer service skills I choose to purchase my washer at Ivan Smith and I didn’t have to go over to Ashley. I will come back to see Brandon and bring several more people with me .

He is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional all wrapped up in a great salesman. I was very excited to receive our new couch and the two young men who delivered it could not have been more on time and careful. They were great representatives of your company.
