Their prices are good. They carry Craftsman tools. They are close to home and only two stop lights away. No traffic hassles whether it's Saturday or a weekday our holiday.
As far as chain hardware stores go, this one has a more local look and feel to it. Staff is actually knowledgeable about what they sell, which is a massive shift from your usual big box hardware suppliers. Also offers free popcorn and peanuts while you shop, which is good for kids who become bored easily inside hardware stores, or for adults who become bored inside hardware stores. Help is not hard to come by and has a surprisingly good stock on high end grills. You'll pay slightly more compared to the giants like Lowe's or Home Depot, but it's worth it for the more manageable parking lot and not having to go on a scavenger hunt to find decent knowledge on product.
The keys they make FIT, every time. They have a machine like a locksmith uses, not the big box store machine that gets worn and miscuts keys.
