When you are shopping for jewelry they are fantastic, friendly and helpful. When you go in for a warrenty claim it’s a whole new atmosphere. Exactly 1 year ago purchased a new diamond and had a new mounting put on my ring. Today noticed my stone was loose. Took I️t in to be fixed, was told I️t would be $50 something dollars. Huh? What about the warrenty . I️t covers the stone but since you didn’t purchase the original ring here it’s not covered . So.... if I️ loose the stone ($1000.00) it’s replaced free but to prevent loosing I️t will cost me $50 . How does that even make sense? I’ve decided the jewelry business is much like the used car business.
