The two lady's the work the front desk is always so nice and helpful. Been to quite a few DPS around Texas and this one is by far the best experience I have encountered. Cheers to them!
What do I have to do to talk to a real person on the phone? The recording isn't helpful.
They need a real person answering the phone! The automated system would say we are transferring you to a customer service rep and then hung up on me all three times I have called!! Not to mention all the steps and things you have to type in before the customer service was an option... Drives me crazy when I can't get my business done.
They are ok but the ladies talk to you like your incompetent of every thing
I've always hated doing anything to do with my license, until this place. I had to take the test for my class B CDL, and I was in, testing, getting my ID (paper copy) printed, and out within 45 minutes. Staff was friendly, intior is slightly cramped, poorly laid out, little seating.
