I didn’t want to put any stars but that wasn’t an option! Run down with paper thin walls! We were put in a room in the middle of a group of what sounded like a domestic dispute. This place is huge and all the rooms occupied were in a small section next to each other. Bed was uncomfortable and the room had a funky smell. The bottom sheet didn’t stay on well and when I went to straighten it the mattress was all stained. When we left the people hanging around outside made it seem like it was half way house! $10 would be too much to spend for this place.
They won't even give a handicapped vet a room for a week under $240 & he's trying to save some money so we cam bring him home this week & get him in his own little place here. Can't believe they charge him $700+tax a month but won't give him a better deal for a week so we can get him home... Won't recommend to anyone.
Asked for no service only to return and they were all in my room. No rooms are available upstairs none have doors. It's a trap go next door for better service.
When checking in 2 women approached my husband soliciting services!?!?!? With my kids in the car. When we got to our room there was a terrible smell. The sheets were dirty and the toilet looked like it was ready to fall over!! My kids wanted to swim, but the pool was green!!?!??! Yet another fantastic experience. All in all was shown 3 other rooms that also had dirty sheets.. (like black smudges and chunks of dirt) not safe. I would never recommend this hotel!!
We booked this place through on online site. Once we received our keys and went to find our room there were 2 shady guys loitering in the parking lot who were keenly interested in our UHaul truck. There was a skimpily dressed trashy female skulking around, clearly advertising her wares. We were too uneasy about our possessions being ogled, and our personal safety. We attempted to get a refund and the turbaned desk hand informed us we'd need to contact the online site since we booked through them. We left and booked a safe hotel. We called the online site and were told that the desk clerk had misinformed us, that the hotel was responsible for issuing a refund. The clerk knew this yet deliberately lied to get rid of us and keep our money. These people are liars and crooks. They don't care about customer satisfaction and the only clientele residing there is not going to read online reviews anyway!
