Didn’t even get a chance to order food. Tried to put an online order in and it wouldn’t not go thru. Called to place my order and it was going to be a couple dollars more. If you want the cheaper price you have to go online to order it. Waited on the phone for a manager and they said i just need to try again. What a joke. No customer service skills at all manager had no idea what i was even waiting for. I’ll just go eat at the restaurant that’s in my hotel!!
I love Larry's. I can sit lazily eating pizza while other pizzas are paraded by me continuously. I can feed on unlimited pizza until I truly hate myself. Larry's is awesome.
ETA: Dear Mahogany the hostess, when you hear a customer say that their tea is sour, you offer to replace it, not wait until the customer walks back up to you and then delegate it to someone else. I felt that was rude. We had a conversation about it, so there was no room for miscommunication. The rating is still a 4 because you're the only person I have encountered here that needs lessons in appropriate customer service.
This place is great. Family atmosphere. Pricing is pretty good. My kids love it! I would only recommend the staff be more attentive to the people with the $ rather than the patrons of the game rm. When I am ready to check out I don't care to have kids jumping in front of me changing their quarters into tokens when their is a machine for that. How about move the game rm away from the entrance altogether? There is a lg section rarely used for dining extending all the way to an abandoned bar.
New go to place for pizza, check. The server was very helpful and the pizza was spot on. I don't have a single complaint or thing to improve on. I'll definitely be returning. 5 stars
I love eating here. The pizza is so good and the servers walk around the restaurant with each fresh pizza that is made. They give you a slice if you want it at your table and keep on moving. Whatever isn't served is placed on the buffet line and anyone can help themselves. They offer specialty flavors not offered by traditional pizza delivery services. Flavors like baked potato, macaroni and cheese, honey mustard chicken, taco, cheese burger, chicken parmesan,... Just about anything you can think of, they can make it. The desert pizzas are to die for! Every time we eat there, there is something new to try. The prices are very reasonable for a buffet, and our family has quit ordering delivery. If we want pizza, we go to Larry's!!! My daughter loves the little arcade at the front. Overall this is a great casual family place to dine out. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is always friendly and on top of their game. I highly recommend Larry's Pizza!
