Their pizzas are unusually round. I like that in a pizza. The round crust. The round pepperoni. Rounds within rounds. Like a fractal of pizza goodness. I wouldn't be surprised to find the crystalline structure of pizza molecules is actually round.
We love their food and service is great
But seriously, it's good, infinitely customizable pizza. You can even get it cut into square pieces. No, I kid you not! That's like dividing by zero in the pizzaverse!
Every single time I order, I request extra peppers and extra sauce...I pay for it but I'm never brought these items. When I call back to let the manager know, he's extremely rude. Papa johns 10 years ago isn't the same today. Texarkana needs to get it together, hire new management and double check delivery orders. Make sure all items are included at the time of delivery.
My experience was TERRIBLE! The manager was rude. Out of four people only one person tried helping us. They left just standing there. The one person that tried helping us was a driver. Who was counting money when we got there. He struggled taking our order but did and finally the guy who said he was the manager came out to help make our pizza. Neither him or the nice driver who took our order tried to wash their hands they both just jumped right in and I canceled the order immediately. I asked for the manager and he said he WAS with lots of attitude and no concern for the customer or our experience. Just down right rude and unsanitary. I definitely will not go back. 10 thumbs
Called to order carry out, manager EXTREMELY rude, hateful, & unprofessional. How are they still in business? I asked how long for pick up, he said "look lady, I have 30 orders ahead of you, I don't know!" If you don't like your job, get one behind closed doors where you don't service the public.. idiot manager.
