Everything was just ok. The BBQ sauce and long island ice tea were the only things that were good. Everything else left a lot to be desired and the last drink they served us didn't have any alcohol in it. At the the server was polite.
For this being a place that specializes in wings, you would think their wings would be juicy... Not in my case, got 2 different flavors, tasted good as far as that goes, but the wings were over cooked & some had shards of bone that I bit into. Not worth the price in my opinion & my visit was my first & will probably be my last. Friendly service, but not very attentive & it was very slow at the time of my visit. Only gave two stars because everything seemed very clean. Otherwise 1 star...
Food was ok, Asian zing was great. First coming in, there were rocks all over the walk way. Trashy in back. Waitress did her best. Ran out of bloody Mary mix, then ran out of something else with the table behind us. Who runs out of stuff on a holiday weekend?
We went here on Sunday and were surprised at how few people were there. But we thought oh well... At least the service will be fast, right? Nope. It was the absolute longest I've ever waited for food at a BWW. They were out of fries and wedges (how does that even HAPPEN?) and the wings were barely coated in sauce. Maybe they were running out of that too? My husband ordered hot boneless and I ordered mild traditional. They got them mixed up. Overall terrible. The server was nice when he wasn't socializing with coworkers or watching the games and remembered us. So that's good I guess..
They take forever to get the order.. come back for clarification after every 15 min if you make slightest change to the ingredients (sauce).they Took 45 min to get a basic wrap. Have tried the same item in other buffalo wild locations and they taste way better than this one.
