Nice little park... lots of memories. Also the splash pad and when they do movies in the park is very unique. You can also fish there.
Lake is currently under rebuild, potentially saving it and it's future for enjoying by both human and fowl as well as other animals.

They need to put an island in the middle of the new pond so the ducks have a safe nesting place. Duck houses would be nice
My homes town park. It’s still a really nice park and one of the centers of town. I like DISC Golf course in the park addition. My only improvement request would be to replace pavement in the broken up areas.
Completely updated recently, the pond is currently empty to be dredged. The new equipment is nice but there is not much to do for the 1-2yr old crowd and there's a lot less equipment overall. 2-5 has a small designated area and then 5-12 has another area. My 2.5 year old can do both, but not when the bigger kids are around. My 1 year old tries to do the things on the 2-5 area but it's not really safe enough for him.
Have a picnic, birthday party or just to go and feed the geese or the ducks.
Watch and take pictures of the birds or chubby squirrels.
With ball fields for; soccer, baseball, open fields for yard games, kites, planes, remote cars, boats, and so much more!
Takes the kids for swings, a nice brisk walk and talk more to find out how their life is going.
