Every time I have visited this Spencer's, I have always been met with the friendliest of people. They tell jokes and engage in polite conversation and are always willing to help you find what you're looking for or answer any questions that you may have. I'll definitely be visiting again very soon.
The staff is always willing to help with anything your looking for and they always have great deals almost every week.
Worst service ever! I called to ask if they had lava lamps there that I could probably buy for my best friend's birthday coming up, and this really rude lady says, "Um, no, we do not have lava lamps here! Stop calling and wasting my time!" and hung up on me!
