Long waits just for an oil change and then they seem to think you want them to fix something that would cost $25 for 400 such as brake pads. Rip off not going back to these slow mfers again
I used to go to Meineke pretty regularly. I could schedule an appointment and wait there for my truck to be fixed. Even though I would schedule an appointment my wait time was usually two hours before they began the repair. Not to mention they “always” found things wrong with my truck and charged me for finding those problems. Though ultimately I stopped going due to a dispute I got into with the owner. He was annoyed I didn’t tell him I had a coupon until after the service. I was trying to use the coupon before I payed so that made me feel like the service would’ve been different if I did present my coupin from the start. Don’t go to Meineke, they’re nothing but trouble.
Jorge, Everything I built, destroyed and running what was one of the best in Texarkana into the ground..... What a waste. "I told you so" and "you get what you deserve" I wish you the same luck in all your endeavors. Do you look at these reviews? Can you see where I started and stopped? I can!
I called and made an appointment for 8:30 on a Saturday morning. Upon my arrival I was informed it could be an hour or more wait. I informed the guy at the desk that I had an appointment. He said, yeah, when you make an appointment online, it doesn't always work with our schedule. No, sir, I called and made the appointment. Yeah, well, we're really busy, and it's gonna be a while. Another guy walks up and I asked him why someone would schedule an appointment and then tell me it's going to be a long wait. Well, mam, we're currently staffed about 3 mechanics short. A truly craptastic way to run a business. If you know you're understaffed, don't overbook. And damn sure, if your going to make appointments with customers, make sure you can do the job that was promised.
My serpentine belt broke and my tension pulley came off my car. Had my car towed here and I must give special thanks to Michael who worked on my car and did not stop until it was fixed and I was able to drive it back home the same night. He work effortlessly to make sure everything was in order before I left. Will continue to do business with them because of the great customer service I received.
