I really appreciated the service I received at Texarkana auto body they were professional and kind and kept me informed of everything they did with my car and I am very happy with the way they fixed my car and they respected me and my car stayed clean
Let me starting off by saying I knew it was a huge mistake allowing this shop to repair my car but I am not from around that area and didn't know who to allow to repair my car, I was driving from Memphis, TN back to Dallas Tx when an 18wheeler tire exploded and damaged my car. I had my car towed there and I spoke with someone named Kim and her approach was already pushy, but I just ignored it, I never got a response on the status of my car until I called which is a problem for me!! I called one day and was informed that she was not in office and she would return my call the next day which SHE DID NOT!!! I called her and she told me the same as she would always which is they are in the process of repairing your vehicle with a pushy attitude like I am bothering her. I called them on 8/29/17 to check the status of my car when again she rudely stated its ready and I can come get it, because of the storms that Harvey is producing I was informed by my insurance to call the repair shop to confirm that my car had no other damages that was caused by the storm. I called Kim and she rudely told me that I had two different deductibles and I tried explaining to her I did not have not have two deductibles and she rudely said you need to call your insurance cause we will not release your car until we receive payment from you and hung up the phone. I knew from the start I should have found another repair shop to repair my car but I knew nothing about the area and I could not continue to have my car towed to different places. I am going to get my car asap and after this if there is ANTHING that was not repaired correctly they will be receiving a bill from another body shop. I explained to her that I want it done right due to me just buying the vehicle 4 months ago!! IF YOU ARE LOOKIN FOR A AUTO BODY SHOP TO REPAIR YOUR CAR PLEASE RUN CAUSE THIS AUTOBODY ARE FULL OF LIES AND DECEIT!!! After picking up my car the very same day I notice several things that were half way repaired and pointed it out to them and the acted as if they couldn't understand what I was referring to. I immediately contacted my insurance company and sent pictures of the poor work that they repaired on my car and charged a total of 6k to my insurance. I had to put my car in the shop in the city I reside in and it took the shop a month to repair the half work this company completed!! They had to pay the shop here 2500k just to repair what they did not!!! After all the hell I had to go threw, I would not recommend this auto body shop repairing my 6 year old power wheel!!!
Obviously do not know how to do their job. Had them handle our vechile after wreck an the car is worse than what it was right after the wreck. Have had nothing but constant break downs, poor alignment, and unbalanced. We're supposed to replace passanger side tires with new ones but decided to just rotate our current tires. Now we have one tire completely bald. Car can't go over 60 miles per hour without zigzagging an vibrating. We will never use their services again. Highly in need of better skilled employees.

I will never EVER use this body shop again. They did not perform all repairs and we had to return it and I literally had to show them each and every place they missed. Wheel was broken. Tire cut. Areas under hood missing paint and damaged by their shop. Fender damage not repaired. Shoddy repair on hood cracked open so we had to return it again. And it took them weeks to get the repairs done. Warranty they have is as worthess as the paper they printed it on. I showed them on my other vehicle they repaired where the cheap part they used had began to deteriorate. They told me I would have to take it up with the part manufacturer. What??? Say what??? I take everything up with Hadaway Collision now. No thanks.
