Don't let the outside of the shop fool you. John the owner does a great job of trying to make sure all the customers are satisfied. I have new and older vehicles and I take them all to this shop.
My car overheated and fluid got into the engine oil, Google called it a catastrophic failure, I had West towing come pick it up and then James in the automotive repair shop checked it out and told me the bad news, my water pump had failed which caused the overheating and cracked my engine block , he replaced my engine with a rebuilt engine and with 2 year warranty, new water pump all at a very fair price, he also suggested to replace my transmission seal while he had engine pulled and replaced all the clamps and hoses due to the high mileage and stress from overheating, told me if it was his wife or daughters driving my car that is what he would do to keep them safe and on the road! Going through something like that can be very stressful and confusing, but James explained everything that needed to be done to my car in terms a non mechanic could understand and always took pricing vs value into consideration, I received great service from the whole West team and will definitely return for any future auto repair and recommend to any friends or family, thanks again for getting me back on the road and making a bad situation as pleasant as possible.
