Great customer service, polite staff, terrible location and it STINKS...as in smells. Entering this location is not as convenient. Only one way in and out with the entrance right off the service road. Comes up incredibly fast, if you miss it, you have to loop around a couple miles to try again. That’s not even all that bad except for the rotting carcass smell which is apparently from a paper mill. The smell is nauseating and Marriott should have thought at least once about its location. It doesn’t just smell outside; but in the halls and rooms as well. Next time I come to Texarkana, I’ll be sure to find another hotel location in a less smelly part of town.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean, and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
I always stayed here to go on business trips. Everyone is friendly and clean and every time I visit. It is also close to the highway No. 30, so traffic is convenient.
