I always love staying with Hilton Garden Inn. Would have given 5 stars but the internet is impossible here. Maybe just the room I'm in... who knows. The staff is great. Great location just off of I-30 near shopping & restaurants.
The check in was very easy and the front desk clerk set me up with the Hilton honors program. Everyone here is really friendly, including anyone I ran into staying here. The location is great. There are restaurants and shopping just down the road. I would definitely stay here again if I need to.
I travel all over the US and stay at Hilton properties particular. Especially the Garden Inns. This has got to be one of the nicest if not the nicest one I have stayed at. Staff was friendly, property inside and out was beautiful. I ordered dinner down at the restaurant and the food was amazing. Wish I worked around the area more often. They should bring other employees here to see what a Hilton property should look and operate like. Big thumbs up Hilton of Texarkana.
We stayed overnight to attend a wedding nearby. The price was very reasonable, and we stayed on the sixth floor. Walking down the hallway, there was a distinct brine-like smell, but the room itself smelled fine. The space was clean and well stocked. The hairdryer, however, was not functional and it was not clear if it was an issue with the dryer itself or the outlet.
The room was super clean and comfy. The best part about our stay was the manager down stairs. I didn't get his name but he was so kind and helpful. Anytime I'm in town I will definitely stay here.
