Rooms were clean and were serviced daily. The staff was approachable and friendly. I would stay here again!
BEWARE!! We made an unexpected stop at this hotel after a family member got sick on the was back from my grandpa's funeral in Ohio. Once I got home I realized I had left my watch there. I called and asked for a manager, but one was not there and no one had turned it in. I called 3 more days because no one would call me back. When I finally did get a manager she said she would call me back...well that was 2 days ago. I have been trying to resolve this for a week. Make sure you have all your stuff or someone will steal it. What happened to honesty?
Recently updated and looks amazing!! Everything felt so new and CLEAN! Friendly staff, great breakfast, and very accommodating. We were only here 1 night while on our way back home from Texas to Ohio, but I would have stayed multiple nights if I had the choice.HIGHLY recommend!!
Clean hotel with quick service. The staff was friendly and the hotel was in a good location that was close to several restaurants and a shopping mall.
A very good room for the price and the best morning breakfast is at holiday inn. It is very close to the interstate and makes commute easy. Has a very big parking lot in case you have a truck and a trailer.
