They took our reservations and when we got there the place was closed indefinitely. Awesome.
The night desk guy was super nice & he's the only reason I don't want to give a bad review. But the female who works there is terrible, she was the last straw for me. She looked annoyed at me for asking if someone could clean up a spill in the breakfast area, scoffed, then turned to talk to her friend again and ignored me! Another guest asked for paper towels and was ignored as well so we cleaned the spill with napkins because there were children in the area who could slip. Then I noticed the yogurt was 3 weeks past expiration date and donuts seemed stale. The hotel itself is in disrepair. There's hazards everywhere, comes set up in common areas for problems that look like they've been going on for months. The halls smell musty and the room we stayed in was missing amenities with water damage and dirty walls. But I liked the personable night-time front desk guy who seemed like he was enjoying his job, doing the best he could for every customer. So I didn't complain about my hotel room. But now I see why the hotel is falling apart. It's the outright neglect of some of the management.
