I'd rather go to Carmart than any of the other dealerships around here. I bought a Lexus from a major dealer here in TK and it literally began to fall apart 1 month after I bought it. I thought I was buying from a great dealership. I was wrong, it got so bad, I gave my Luxury car back to the dealership and am now buying my 2nd vehicle from Carmart, and I have great credit. If you are having payment issues or car issues just be persistent in calling them. They will work with you .
I purchased a vehicle with them in February and it started messing up. In the shop the put it 3 times and wasn't even trying to put me in another vehicle. Finally the last time it mess up l told them l will not do it anymore and the then wanted to put me in another vehicle but didn't even have another SUV vehicle similar to around the price that my other one was so l chose a SUV but it was a little more then when l paid the first time. Now they saying I'm go have to put some more money down in order to get a SUV similar to the one I had. But they saying l only have 1 day to decide. I don't understand because l only had my vehicle for a month and it was in shop 3 times. Put l paid all that money for my tags plus my down payment, and plus my regular payment but he claim he can only give me credit for my down payment to go toward my vehicle. I don't even understand why they asking for a down payment when they sign say name your own payment if they starting my account over. I will NOT recommend nobody to go there and purchase a vehicle!!!
They have always worked with me and are very understanding I have purchased to trucks with them and can honestly say that I would but another with them
Not too happy with them. They say they hve some cats for $299 but every choice they seem to give you they don't hve the titles and are definitely unwilling to work with you on the dwn payment if you see one that's a $100 more. Plus when you check Kelly blue book the cars are double priced for retail sale. I'm glad my nephew wasn't desperate for a vehicle.
Good service, but don't go here unless u a clunker and waste a lot of money DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! STAY AWAY
