I originally looked at vehicles online due to being about 75 miles from Texarkana. I had purchased from Orr 10 years ago and had a good experience. This recent experience was great. I did not feel pressured at all. I was able to look at vehicles and then a salesman approached and asked me what I was interested in. Dell was very professional and appeared knowledgeable about the inventory. He provided pricing information along with vehicle information. The process was quick but thorough. I would shop for another vehicle here.
Salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. I set requirements on price, term length, and interest rate. I had a verbal agreement and when I went to sign the papers the numbers didn't match up and they weren't going to notify me. Good thing I read the documents. It wasn't a deal breaker but be careful. Also, after purchasing the car I started to receiving an overwhelming amount of junk mail and emails from companies telling me my warranty was up, etc. I'm not pleased that my personal information was shared with these fraudulent companies.
Weston was very helpful and fun to work with. He gave me my options and then showed me the best route to take. He was very awesome helping me get my first vehicle 10/10 would recommend
After my original survey I learned that this dealership sold a car to me without a title. Now I am having to wait on vehicle license. I had the sale tax financed in with the price of the vehicle. I am having trouble with understanding how this is even legal. How do sale a vehicle without a title? If it's not illegal I kinda think this is unethical. My original closing comment was that I would buy another vehicle at Orr. Not so sure anymore!
I was very pleased with the professionalism of my salesman (John Tuck). He walked me through each step of the process and always ensured that I understood the process. Mr. Tuck knew the answer to all my questions and was very courteous the entire time. I will definitely be back and would refer Orr and Mr. Tuck to all my family and friends!!!
