I've bought 3 cars from this dealership over an 8yr period and they were always great until recently. Not even 2mo after buying a used car with 44k miles on it, I'm buying new rear suspension, new retainers for the front fascia that were broken at time of purchase, new tires, new brakes and have the horn replaced. I was told they do a multi-point inspection, but all of these things needed replaced when I bought the vehicle but they passed it on to me instead of disclosing it. I brought the car back from Dallas a few weeks after the sale and was told I knew it was in this condition when I got it. The vehicle I traded with same mileage, better package options and same year was in way better condition than the one I got in return. I will never drive 3hrs to get worked over by dishonest people again.

I really enjoyed my experience. I was communicating with dealers all over Texas. Found a great deal in Houston, but since I had spent 4 hours in your dealership the previous Saturday, I called Tim to give him a chance to compete.
