I will never buy another car from them. 1. Bought car that was supposed to have bluetooth in it, but no bluetooth. They did put it in after the salesman belittled me. I bought 3 yrs warranty. The first thing wrong with it was that it wouldn't start. It would leave me stranded many times. They replaced the key ignition in hopes that would fix it. I paid for it and went on my way. It happened again and had it towed this time and still didn't get it fixed. They took it to the dealer and it wouldn't happen again so they couldn't fix it. Meanwhile Hyundai charges me $10 for gas and when I get the car, it has less gas it in then when I took it. The car didn't need to be driven anywhere to use gas. it only needed starting. There is no way it would have used $10 worth of gas. They were also supposed to fix a knocking noise that occurred when the weather changed last year and I changed the fan to blow different. I had it unplugged to keep it from annoying me. When it got it back, there was no knocking noise again until the weather changed again and I had to change the fan blower to another setting. So here we are again with annoying noise. I have stopped by there and they said they didn't have a loaner and would call me when they got one, I still have not heard from them. Now my 3 yr warranty is over and probably my warranty for the part they supposedly replaced is past. I will never ever, ever do business with them after I am done with these issues. I still have the knocking noise in my car evertime I start it or kill it. I am still waiting on them to call me when they have a loaner and that has been 2 months. I think I have been forgotten about more than once. I have had to keep at them to get anything done and I am about at my wits end.

I was buying a car long distance and was also having issues with my insurance settlement that I needed to use as a down payment. I expected stress and frustration in closing a deal. They were incredibly patient with me and never once did I feel pressured or frustrated with the process. When I arrived in town to see the car in person finally and make the deal final, they were organized and prepared. Everything about the process was a breeze! I completely understand why my family refuses to shop for cars anywhere else.
