Beware, I went in for a Post-Traumatic-Stress evaluation, and was labeled incompetent here causing me undue stress in my battle against this decision by gathering evidence from friends, family, business owners, clergymen, government officials, and even other doctors that I know stating my competency. With all this, it’s still a fight. Don’t be like me; call ahead and ask what it takes to avoid a labeling of incompetence beforehand. It could be as simple as showing her your bank statements indicating that you pay your rent on time. Don't think this couldn't happen to you. No-one needs to be put through this.
I do not recommend this "woman" for lack of better terms to ANYONE! Her license should be revoked. She had absolutely no manners or tact and formulates her recommendation on HER OWN BIASED OPINION. She disgusted me. She had formed her opinion of me before she even spoke with me. I will be filing a complaint and have consulted with an attorney.
