I think the decision to remove seating in the lobby was a bit of an oversight... Standing in line waiting for an hour and there's not even a cool ride at the end!

Only rated a 1 so it would post. I'm currently here now, we arrived at around 3:30 and it's now 7 and my husband JUST started donating. From what I've seen the staff stands out side smoking and eating the majority of the time. I'd definitely recommend going somewhere else!
They should just shut down.

I HAVE A VERY SERIOUS COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS BUSINESS. EMPLOYEE/MANAGER ROBYN WILEY, THE SHORT BLACK GIRL WITH THE BLOATED CHEEKS AND WEARS THE OLD DRY BRAIDS, DISPLAYS VERY POOR WORK ETHICS. MY HUSBAND STEVEN WILLIAMS HAS BEEN A DONOR THERE AND NEXT THING I KNOW SHE IS AT MY HUSBAND'S APARTMENT LAYING UP WITH HIM ON A AIR MATTRESS ON OUR SON'S BATMAN SHEET UNDER OUR DAUGHTER'S COVER. I AM NOT SHAME TO SAY ME AND MY HUSBAND ARE HAVING MARITAL PROBLEMS THAT WE'RE WORKING THROUGH; WE'RE HUMAN. YOU JUST DON'T THINK A PLACE THAT OFFERS THE SERVICE IT DOES WOULD IMPACT YOUR LIFE IN A NEGATIVE WAY. THERE ARE BUSINESSES THAT DON'T ALLOW FAMILY, SPOUSES, AND ETC TO WORK TOGETHER TO SAFEGUARD FROM THESE ISSUES. BPL HAS DROPPED THE BALL. AS A WIFE, I DID MY OWN INVESTIGATING AND HAD A GUY GO IN TO DO THE DONATING PROCESS. I TOLD HIM TO SHOW INTEREST IN ROBYN WILEY, WHICH HE DID AND THEY EXCHANGED NUMBERS. THIS IS WHAT ROBYN WILEY DOES AND WILL KEEP DOING. I AM PUTTING A HEADS UP OUT THERE. SHE IS GOING TO HAVE HER SAY AND SIDE WHICH WILL BE A LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH PROOF; FROM THE GUY I HAD TO GO IN THAT GOT HER NUMBER.....870-748-???? I WON'T BLAST THE REST. I HAVE A CHEAP ASS OUTFIT SHE BOUGHT MY HUSBAND & SOME OTHER STUFF. SHE HAD EVEN CALLED HERSELF LEAVING HER DEODORANT THAT HAD DIRT STREAKS ON IT, VICTORIA'S SECRET PERFUME ETC AT MY HUSBAND'S APARTMENT. IT'S A SHAME THAT HER MOTHER, FATHER GRANDMOTHER OR SOMEONE WORTHWHILE IN HER LIFE DIDN'T TEACH HER GOOD WORK ETHICS AND THAT WHEN A MAN IS MARRIED EVEN IF HE'S NOT LIVING WITH HIS WIFE THAT'S JUST SOMETHING YOU SHOULD NEVER INSERT OR INCLUDE YOURSELF IN. I'M NOT A WOMAN SCORNED, I HAVEN'T LOST ANYTHING INCLUDING MY HUSBAND HE KNOWS HIS BREAD AND BUTTER WHICH IS HIS WIFE AND KIDS. ROBYN WILEY AND THE APARTMENT WERE A TEMPORARY SETBACK. BPL PLEASE TAKE THIS AS A SERIOUS MATTER. THE POOR WORK ETHICS OF ROBYN WILEY SHOULD NOT BE A NEGATIVE FACTOR WITH THE SERVICE THE BUSINESS PROVIDES.
