First time to use an Urgent Care Clinic here. Longtime health professional. Over 5 star rating for me! From the first person at desk to check-in, nursing staff, Radiology staff, and doctor, then to check-out! Great, fast, and great professionals all the way around! Not one thing negative! Now to get RX filled, survive this 1.4 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) stone until Tuesday to call and be seen, then onto opening for the dreaded lithrotripsey procedure! Hey, it could be worse! I can deal with this! To think that this has been my issues with pain for many months! Blamed it on arthritis and inflammatory problems as before! I haven't even cried. - Yet!
absolutely the most professional and courteous staff, interaction with the staff was very polite, little to no waiting time, great waiting area "for the short time I waited". I will definitely be returning for any future concerns, returned a few weeks later for tattoo removal, the results far exceeded my expectations, with far less future appointments than their competitors.
Every time we have come here they take extremely good care of us. They listen and communicate very well. All the staff is very friendly.
