The Doctors and staff are great, but don't plan on same day appointment, even if your child does have a fever.
I absolutely LOVE Genesis and all of their staff! Every time I am in there with one of my boys, they are always courteous and very helpful with anything I need. Krista is AMAZING as well as her Nurses. Janice always gets back to me in a timely manner with any questions I have. Krista worked wonders for my 8 month old and his breathing for which I am forever grateful that she never gave up on us. All of the receptionists at the front are just as wonderful. They always go above and beyond-Especially Simone. Thank you Genesis for EVERYTHING you do for me and my babies!
My baby girl loves Dr Calloway . Can be hard getting an appointment but they don't great with kids.
My daughters 4 day old baby was given an appointment here for a check-up, Dr Neimeyer was nice, but they sent us down the hall for lab work, that was infested with sick people. Grandma & Mom were not happy! New babies should not be sent to waiting areas full of sick people period!! & please cover your mouthes while coughing, & teach your children too, please!
I really didn't want to give 1 star I went there because I was suffering of pain asked if they could check me for arthritis all she did was take blood and talk down to me told me to take birth control pills I have already went through the change didn't want the pills she said there would be no way of knowing if it was arthritis or witch kind I am middle aged I have a few reasons I went to the doctor after asking if they check for the arthritis I started to tell them the rest of the reasons I wanted to be seen the stopped me from talking told me to pick one reason to be seen never got to say another word sent me over for a pregnancy test ....I would not let them treat my dogs
